Warranty Statement       

All products are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year. In cases where the manufacturer has a longer warranty, that warranty applies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for exchange or refund. If the product is not defective, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. If returned after 30 days there may be a restocking charge. You must call Customer Service at 630-749-4144 for return authorization and return address. Any merchandise returned to us without authorization will be refused. Please ship back to us freight prepaid! Sorry, no COD or freight collect shipments will be accepted. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization. 

All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition in order for credit to be issued.

A final comment about the products we offer, and our position on standing behind those products:

We are a Privately Owned company, and have NO One to answer to but YOU!  No shareholders, no layers of management to delay, and defer, we are here to serve you, and we will do everything within reason to satisfy you and your signaling application needs. So, if a product fails, doesn't produce the results you require--We'll take it back, or replace it if you require--Period!
